Kesineni Tours and Travels..Please avoid
I booked Volvo Ac for my wife from Nizampet Road to Guntur in Kesineni Travels.She got into bus number VL137.Later bus met with an accident near outskirts of Hyderabad.She was asked to wait for another 1 hour then she and all other passengers were asked to climb another bus which is going to guntur (non Ac) but she climbed to her disappointment there were no seats and she had to stand whole night and come to guntur .I was so unhappy with their service because my wife who was preganent had to stand and travel.
My experince was also bad with Kesineni .I got last seat in bus from Guntur to Hyderabad.When the bus started and I my seat was getting hot and hot air started blowing from the bottom.I was middle of hot air from bottom and ac from top.When asked about this situation they told that this bus met with an accident and it got repaired on the same day.
Few years back kesineni travels was the best now it is the worst.

In addition to stipend, the other benefits admissible are Medical, Conveyance Reimbursement, Subsidised Transport and Canteen facility, PF etc., as per rules of the Corporation. On successful completion of the training, they will be appointed as Engineer (Contract) for 3 years. On successful completion of Contract appointment, they will be absorbed as Technical Officer in the scale of pay of Rs.16400-40500.
Method of Selection: The selection process will be through Written Test and Interview of short-listed candidates, based on the performance in written test. Advice on Buying a flat in Nizampet road and bachupally - II
Now it is the best time to buy flat in bachupally as the rates are significantly fallen down .
1.One can get good apartments at 1600rs per sqft or even less.
2.Some people are even telling that they will get apartments at 1100rs sqft if you pay buy cash.
3.80ft road is laid very fast.in 1 month you see the whole stretch completed.
4.Manjeera water pipelines are also been laid
5.maytas which got stopped after Raju's issue may also start work soon.
6.Indu city also started its development work.

Advice on Buying a flat in Nizampet road and bachupally
Advantages
------------
1.Nizampet road is near to hitech city ie 8-10 kms from hitech city.
2.Many big projects are coming like madhucon mega mall on main road,maytas hill county in bachupally,mostly one indu groups project and some ventures like sadguru vertex.
3.Rents will be high ie u can expect around 7k for a 2bhk.
4.Educational centres like vikas,vignan,gokaraju rangaraju institute,pharam college etc are near by.
5.If IT boom continues then Maytas will have 2 development centres inside matyas hill county.
6.A new metro railway station is coming near it.
7.A 100ft road is being laid
8.they are going to give manjira water.
9.Near to all private and govt buses to different places.
10. If rumors come true metro project may get extended put nizampet centre.
11.untill telangana comes the rates will be stable and if it comes rates may fall down still.
12.Rates are reduced very much once it was around 3000rs/sqft now u can get a good one for 2000rs/sqft.
Disadvantages
--------------
1.You can see many apartments coming without any plan ,no ventlaition etc.
2.If all apartments are completed in time then there will be more flats vacant
3.If IT losses its pace this road loses it shine.
4.dusty area as construction is going on.
5.it may become one more amerpet ..no good for family living.

10.Many apartments construction is getting delayed..some dont even deliver in the time they say.
11.if it rains heavily ..then water logging will be there.
12.In future ground water level may go down bcoz of many people constructing apartments.
My option:
If you get a good deal like 2000rs/sqft or below and if bank gives emi free offer till the apartement completes you can take it and see that it is near to matyas hill county or main road as inside the side roads apartemnts doesnt have proper space even for big cars to go.You can take the flat and rent it .

Hyderabad/shamshabad airport update
Now Hyderabad airport is full operational ...all the shops are opened ..there are many atms,forex exchange counters,hotel guys to help you,food counters like paradise,coffee day etc and we also have few shops where we can buy all items that we require.
We can see many coco cola machines but u need to spend 25 rs to get them.
Airport is of 2 floors on the top floor is for departures,1st for arrivals and ground floor for other operations ...cabs which are booked from meeru travels are allowed to come to first floor to pick up and our cars will not be allowed to 1st floor.you need to take ur lugague to ground floor to your car.
In the night i can see many cars waiting outside on the roads simply to escape the parking fees as it is bit costly.They just go inside parking before 15 mins of flight arrival as it is free for 15 mins.

India Customs in hyderabad
I just came from USA and landed in hyderabad.
These are the tip and tricks to escape the Customs in hyderabad.
Tips
-----
1.We can bring goods(electronics,2litres of liquor and 200 cigars) worth 25000 rupees
2.We can bring one laptop per adult.
3.We can bring cash worth 10,000$.
Tricks
------
1.Dont get tensed if u have more goods.
2.They will first check your handlugage.Generally that will not create any problem.
3.If your suitcase which is checked in has some chalck marks then it is confirmed that they will catch you for customs.So if you remove those marks then that would be fine.
