Hyderabad/shamshabad airport update

Now Hyderabad airport is full operational ...all the shops are opened ..there are many atms,forex exchange counters,hotel guys to help you,food counters like paradise,coffee day etc and we also have few shops where we can buy all items that we require.

We can see many coco cola machines but u need to spend 25 rs to get them.

Airport is of 2 floors on the top floor is for departures,1st for arrivals and ground floor for other operations ...cabs which are booked from meeru travels are allowed to come to first floor to pick up and our cars will not be allowed to 1st floor.you need to take ur lugague to ground floor to your car.

In the night i can see many cars waiting outside on the roads simply to escape the parking fees as it is bit costly.They just go inside parking before 15 mins of flight arrival as it is free for 15 mins.

Cabs bandh in hyderabad..airport update

i had a chance to talk to Meeru taxi's they confirmed that they will pick up the people from airport to city and not from city to airport.So now the best way to go to airport is only by Aero express buses.

GMR has already increased the number of buses to airport.and number of people going by aeroexpress also increased so be well before your start time.

and between Night 11 to morning 5 they charge Rs 18.75 per km

Regarding laguage 1st 60kgs are free from then they charge Rs 5 for every extra 10kgs.

For large family of 5-6 people innova is the best

Now they are giving 10% discount on Indigo and versa cars.

Public Announcements: It has been observed that unlike other Indian Airports , announcements regarding flight delays ,

Cancellations Etc..are restricted and even the visual information displays are either incorrect or do not happen .We would therefore

suggest that Our associates check information on departures & arrivals with the respective airline counters / ground staff once you

check in.

Arrivals : During the last one week there have been several instances of Domestic Arrivals / passengers coming through International

arrival lounge / area and even international arrival passengers coming out through International departure area on the upper Level due

to repairs & maintenance being carried out after the un-seasonal rains ..…Associates are requested to take guidance from The Airline

personnel who will be always available on Arrival side .Airlines have also reported delays in having the Aero bridges connectivity
